Can I submit a real job today

No. The platform is in a pre-launch phase, but you can sign up for the waitlist and be notified as soon as it is live in your area.

What does SeñorPro AI help with

AI helps with intake, budget guidance, bid comparison, bid generation for pros, trust explanations, translation, and next steps.

Does SeñorPro only show me Pros licensed to perform the job

No. SeñorPro displays license information provided by the Service Pro and may check that provided proof matches the Pro name and active date when available. SeñorPro does not verify every local or state jurisdiction board for up-to-date status and cannot confirm whether a Pro is legally licensed to perform the specific job requested. Customers remain responsible for confirming permit, license, and local regulation requirements with the Service Pro.

Will I pay a fee to submit a job request or hire a Pro

No. SeñorPro is free for customers to use. Service Pros pay a small fee only for jobs they bid on or are hired for.

Do I pay SeñorPro or the Service Provider for job deposits and final payments

No. Online job payments are made directly to the Service Pro's credit card processing account. SeñorPro provides coordination and tracking for payment activity so customers and Service Pros have a third-party activity record.

Do service pros pay for leads

No fees to see leads or job opportunities. Service Pros pay only when they choose to bid or win work, with founding Pro launch benefits.

Can customers and pros use different languages

Yes. English and Spanish support is part of the product direction, including translation for job details and in-app messages where supported.
